    Here is an Ebay auction for a used Hipo 289 carburetor spacer used w/o PCV by Ebay member "tigerdog's store" with a Buy-It-Now of $61.99:

    You are bidding on an OEM original Ford carburetor spacer plate from a 1964-65 Ford 260/289 V-8 with a four-barrel carburetor, casting P/N #C4OE-9A589-F. This version came on non-emission engines that used a road draft tube and no PCV valve. Note that the cast tube on the back of the spacer is closed off, not open for the hose. Please check your application before bidding. It is aluminum, 1-1/16" thick, throttle bore diameter is 1-5/8". It is used but in good condition, no cracks. This is a hard item to find; I don't believe it is available on the reproduction market; it is an original vintage Ford part. Shipping is FREE for USA only.

    This spacer is in very good condition, it has been degreased and media blasted.

    Should be correct for 1964 1965 1966 1967 1968 1969 289 302 351, however I’m no expert so please do your homework to make sure it’s correct for your application

    This is a super nice all original Ford carburetor to intake spacer (correct 1") which is correct for all Ford and Mercury cars for the years of 1964 1965 1966 1967 1968 1969 with the 289 or 302 or 351W engines with the 4V carburetor. This one is flawless and correct in every detail and provides the correct location for the PCV valve hose.
