We have gathered as much info on the car as we can so far. If any of you knowledgeable types would like to chime in please feel free. In my research Im starting to think this IS NOT a GT car. It has GT items on it but the wiring for the grille lights is not correct for a GT and the tag on the fenderwell does not have the PIO designation. The other items of concern are the woodgrain bezel and glove box door, are these not standard interior items? The car was rebuilt back in the 70's, I suppose this stuff could have been added then. A call was made to the guy dad bought the car from but he was not available, hopefully he will call back.
The car does need to be redone to be super nice but is an excellent driver as it sits. I hate to see it go but his interests have leaned towards other cars. Any input would be appreciated.
