thinking of installing a roller cam in a 289 or early 302 non roller block, question is about the roller lifters being longer than flat tappet ones ,might they come out further of the bore to create a problem,

Here is an Ebay auction for a used San Jose Hipo radiator by Ebay member "mustangmasters428" with a starting bid of $1,295.00:
Here we have a true Ford original radiator for a 66 K A or C code Shelby or Mustang equipped with a 289 small block V8 motor. This was a factory part stored for many years needs to complete a nicer car such as K code 289 Hipo or GT 350. This used radiator, stamped with W MO dated 2 66 and is correct for a West Coast car such as a Shelby.
This is a standard shift radiator as the lower tank has no cooling line adapters so it is great for a 4 speed car. Our inspection shows this as a good used piece which is not damaged and hold fluids fine. Please keep in mind it is an unrestored piece & does show its 50 plus years age. We chose to bring it to you as is with out any detail or repairs. A totally stock non abused or modified piece with nice tanks straight slats as you can see in the pictures. This is a factory original part which will be great to complete your restoration or replace your missing Ford unit after all when is the last time you have seen one to meet your needs. Don't miss out its all we have !
This rare piece is surely older and would require attention to meet a concourse owners need although driven class could enjoy it as it is. Keep in mind that because of its age we cannot offer a warranty it as is !https://www.ebay.com/itm/1966-Shelb…uAAAOSwH9JeG-Bz

If it has the original carb on it and the fuel filter screws in to the carb then I would say it would have had a 4201 pump vs the 3939s pump witch had the filter on the pump, but to be sure I would see what Fred has to say about it as he rebuilds them and has far more knowledge in that area than most.

Fred that it not a used reproduction counterweight it is a NEW un-used counterweight. its my auction.
Chuck,
Yes, I am aware that it is a new reproduction but I was trying to avoid starting a thread for just reproduction pieces and I apologize for the unintended misrepresentation. This began when pony-warehouse began putting on their new reproduction counterweights as used pieces. I had copied and pasted their posting here and that is how I messed this up. I could not logically put it in the NOS section so this seemed most appropriate. I will readjust this to new, though. By the way, I have already placed a bid on yours.
-Fred-
Thank you for your reply Fred I didn't want to misrepresent the part as an original used or NOS as I have seen in other selling forums. best regards, chuck.

Two original # 2 & 3 K code main caps and one #1 Mexican main caps 275.00 shipping included to the lower 48 states contact [email jjz109@msn.com for info thanks. -
I would also want to see the crankshaft counterweight Brinell hardness test along with the original orange paint that might be left on the crank or rear of the block as its not stated in the add. Fred might want to add on the higher nickel content that K blocks might have been forged with.
-
Those are not K code blocks, both have standard 289 main caps .
-
Good catch Fred, I was going to post that also .
-
Be carful to install them both with front that is printed in the gaskets toward the front of the block as it is possible to have the right bank gasket reversed resulting in the rear coolant passage to be blocked off that will result in overheating problems.
-
That is one pretty K car.
-
Nice car, my K coupe has a June 8th 1964 .
-
Thanks Fred its clear to me now

Thanks Fred, I should have known that, the lower slots are missing for some reason ,corroded or broken off, time to fabricate,
-
What was used to retain the front upper shock mount bracket bolts on 65-66 mustangs to hold them in place until the bracket & nuts were installed (three per side) . was it a tin clip as was used on rear wheel studs to keep the rear brake drum on after a wheel/tire was removed or some other type of retainer, thanks.
