C3AZ 6507 AJ fits 63-68 427 and is a standard non lightweight intake valve with a solid stem. It was replaced in 10-69 with a C9OZ 6507 U.

i have a real nice early 64.5 mustang wide ratio top loader 25 spline output shaft with yoke, the tag is missing, second gear has 31 teeth which confirm it as a wide ratio, casting numbers on main case are C4AR-7008-A W-2 date code F 28 4, tail shaft casting numbers are C4DR-7A040A, date code F 26 4, trans has never been apart gears still have original paint daubs, all internals look very nice, i would install this trans and run it just as it is. $800.00,or reasonable offer. contact jjz109@msn.com, for pictures and info , trans can be picked up at ford Carlisle this June.

On april 18th this month in route from Western NY to my sisters home in Virginia my father suffered a stroke in the seat next to me in my van on route I,29 in Nelson county Virginia. The local emergency medical team arrived in 15 minutes to assist and transport him to University of Virginia Hospital in Charlottesville Va where he is now recovering and undergoing therapy .It just goes to show that anything can happen when you are away from home on the road .if any one on this site is a member of U.V.hospital or the ambulance team in Nelson county Va we thank you all, chuck.

Terry it was great meeting you too and yes they are gone, they were the set that people turned ther nose up at because of the extra casting number on the rear main cap, did you see the restored driver grade 1939 FORD 9-N tractor for sale for $2100.00. if i had a farm i would have bought it. overall it was a good show it was my second time there in 15 years , How is your fairlaine doing .

The tail shaft bushing part number is B3TZ 7A034 A which is replaced with a B3TZ 7A034 B and is a package of two. The front seal is a B7AZ 7A283 A which may be replaced with a D8UZ 7A283 B package of two. I am unsure of the front seal replacememnt as it does not show in my O.S.I. books but is a reasonable guess. The front seal also comes in the E2ZZ 7153 A gasket set. I have a lot of B7AZ 7A283 A front seals in stock.
