I have a factoty HiPo GT Fastback with light Ivy Gold and White deluxe interior,Ivy Green exterior and 4 speed. The car was ordered without a console and I love it. I noticed that the car in the picture has dark green carpet and a darker matching dash pad both are correct and I like either. I've just purchased a 1966 C code convertible with the lighter appointments (carpet and dash pad). This is my third one with this color combination. Those appointments seem to follow me.

The Arvinode and the Transverse exhaust systems are different. The Transvere uses one muffler with two inlet pipes going into it and two tail pipes coming out of it. The Arvinode setup is a true dual exhaust system.

I realize that seal beam means it's a throw away bulb, however I've never seen one with the words SEAL BEAM at the bottom without a manfactures name ie Westinghouse, T/S and GE. This bulb only had the words SEAL BEAM with FOMOCO in the center of the head lamp.

I got a call from a friend this weekend that purchased a 1966 Mustang C Code coupe with 42,000 orginal miles. I went to see the car and noticed that it has one head lamp that's eteched in the center with the FOMOCO logo and at the bottom of the bulb it has the words Seal Beam. It appears that Seal Beam was another manufacture of head lamps for Ford.

My observation of orginal headlights used by Ford in 1964,65,and 66 indicates that some DIDN'T have the branding (FOMOCO) in the center of the bulb, only the words General Electric at the bottom of the bulb. Those General Electric bulbs only displayed the name at the bottom of the headlamp and on the back side of the bulb as mentioned eariler was the wording made for Ford with the date. The other General Electric seal beams of that period did have the word FOMOCO eteched in the center and General Electric at the bottom center of the bulb. Ford was also using Westinghouse sealed beams during that time. The Westinghouse bulbs had the word Fomoco embossed under the glass at the center of the bulb and the bottom of the Westinghouse bulb in the center has only the letter (W). I think Ford Motor Company was also using Sylvania and Tung-Sol during that time but, I don't have a lot of information about them. As stated eariler the lines on the orginals are very different from the Wagner bulbs. I also DON'T THINK that Wagner was producing headlamps in 1964,65 and 66 as such it is easy to determine an orginal headlamp from a reproduction as Murf stated by looking at the glass lines. My 02

Fred: I received my fuel pumps today and I'm extremely happy with the end product. I have a NOS 1965 ink stamped fuel filter canister that I placed on the pump and units together looks great. Thanks for all of your hard work.

I working on a 1970 Boss 302 engine that was installed in a Maverick. The enginge mounts used have a part # of D3DA-6038-AB on one side of the mount and AU-22 on the other side. Can someone with a Ford master parts catalog tell me what cars these mounts were used on. They are both broken and need replacement.
