    For sale is a piece of American Pony Car History. This was Fords first offering of a high performance pony car. Powering this car is the legendary 289 high performance V8 with 271 horsepower and a top loader four speed transmission. This car has been well maintained and is perfect for Sunday drives or attending car shows. The Poppy Red is a real head turner and looks great!! Overall the paint is in good conditioning and was repainted in the late 90s. However this car is driven so it does have some minor scratches and two small dings from over the years. Close up pictures of the dents are pictured in the auction. The black interior is in excellent shape on this vehicle as well. Also the seats are in near perfect condition. Factory optioned on this Mustang is the Rally Pac gauge cluster. The Rally pac is currently not working but it is intact and will probably need gone through. Car has been well maintained over the years and fires right up when started. This Mustang is a real pleasure to drive. The following upgrades have been performed on the Mustang for better drivability, a newer Holley carburetor and also a new distributor . Included with the car will be the original carburetor and distributor as well. When purchasing the car you will receive all the documents and paperwork as pictured. This is a 3 owner car with the current owner having owned this car for over 20 years now. I'm gladly willing to assist with shipping of the vehicle.     Please do your due diligence on this mount as it is actually a reproduction. Note the lack of the actual Ford part number cast into the rubber and the 3 steps on the sides compares to only 2 on the correct ones. The C4ZA number is the Ford engineering number NOT the part number. The correct mounts have both numbers. The rubber on this is cast the same as the earlier C3OZ mounts for Fairlanes and Cobras.
