Here is an Ebay auction for a used HCC-AX steering gear box tag by Ebay member "mustangeer" with a Buy-It-Now of $255.00:

Original factory stamped HCC AX, for identification of steer column 16:1 quick-ratio gear-box w/ MS manual steering use. Bright sheet steel tag dated 5L08B (1965 November 8^th), simply fastens to a box cover mounting bolt. Fairly flat w/ some pitting, well-defined lettering, a noticeable detailing part that many cars have lost over the years. From a ’66 A-code / K-code, it suits ’65 models as well, however the 19:1 ratio MS / PS applications are each different. It’s an OEM Ford production item w/ correct form & fit, for a Shelby GT350 & GT350H / 2+2 fastback / Hi-po coupe / GT convertible, why go without one.

This is an original early high performance 289 balancer. It will work on Amy hipo 289 engine from 1963-1967. This is unmodified as far as I can tell.
