Here we have a average used 8000 RPM Low Profile Rally Pac for a 1965-66 Mustang. This low profile version of the Rally Pac (combination tachometer and clock) was introduced to accommodate the five gauge instrumentation in the new '65 GT option groups. The electrical tachometer is ignition points powered measuring current flow and the clock also uses points with a 12 / 24 hour face.

We chose to offer this Rally Pac in need of rebuild as it has been sitting countless years. That way we are sure we're selling you a unit that might need some attention or cleaning. We found the RPM gauge to be free moving a sign of functionality (see photos) although the clock which was functional could be unpredictable with the point design. The clock has been cleaned and reconditioned to bring this piece to driver car quality. The body and casing, as well as glass bezels are all in nice condition. We see no signs of case damage, cracks, or other quality issues.

Also included is an bottom bracket and wiring. You will need a Rally Pac dash installation harness !This Rally-Pac would certainly be a nice addition to that 5 gauge instrument cluster, to give it that nice performance look.

Should you have a show car we offer a complete restoration shop and can make this unit look and function just like new being only available as an option, these low profile Rally-Pacs are getting harder to come as they were an expensive addition which only the most performance oriented of new Mustang owners chose.

Here we have an original 14 inch Air Breather Base and double dimpled Chrome Lid for a 64-66 HiPo 289 Mustang or 67 & Litre Galaxie. You will find these pieces to be far heavier in design than the reproduction models and when properly restored, to be exact in every detail for that classic original restoration. Real deal parts are hard to find & yes the extra pictured are for sale.

We feel that in the condition we are offering this item, that if you have an unrestored or Driven Class, the condition of this unit will probably be acceptable, although if yours is a Concours or Thoroughbred you will probably rechrome and repaint. Original parts for original cars, can't do any better than that, can you? Let us know if you need a single part or have another need.

This original FoMoCo Ford switch kit is in very good - NOS - condition. It consists of the switch with wiring & attached bracket. The wiring ends in a male/female connector. The wiring is flexible - no cracks. A FoMoCo paper tag marked C4ZA-15546-A is in place on the wiring. The bracket is stamped "FoMoCo". There is also a double wiring assembly approx. 54" long - each end having a male/female connector. This wiring also has a paper FoMoCo tag - it is marked C4ZB-15525-B. This wiring is also flexible - no cracks. This switch has never been installed in a vehicle. Original paper FoMoCo parts bag included - bag has holes in it.

The result of a frame-off restoration completed in 2021, this car is absolutely impeccable top to bottom. Powered by its matching-numbers HiPo 289ci/271hp V8 tied to a 4-speed manual transmission, this GT K-Code Fastback is an absolute rocket. With a 3.50 rear end and front disc brakes, this car is an absolute joy to drive. On the interior, the exterior's red is carried through with a totally restored interior.
