The wiring is flexible - no cracks. A FoMoCo paper tag marked C4ZA-15546-A is in place on the wiring. The bracket is stamped "FoMoCo". There is also a double wiring assembly approx. 54" long - each end having a male/female connector. This wiring also has a paper FoMoCo tag - it is marked C4ZB-15525-B. This wiring is also flexible - no cracks. This switch has never been installed in a vehicle. Original paper FoMoCo parts bag included - bag has holes in it.

This is what looks to be a fiberglass replacement from Ford New in the box to fit all 65-66 Mustang's including Shelby. Believe this will also fit 67-68 Mustang's but please check before bidding. It was a reissue from Ford made in 81. Has a date of 1/2/82 on the shipping label. The originals were made from cardboard which did not hold up very well. This is a genuine Ford replacement in the Ford box. Nothing beats original Ford. I have never seen another of these NOS in the Ford box and am starting auction off at what I have seen really nice used ones listed for. You will receive what is pictured box and all.

The plenum in this auction, as the seller states, is a Ford fiberglass replacement part. This came out about the same time as the first aftermarket pieces. I will call this the second generation version. True, they are actually stronger than the original cardboard pieces. These have no Ford logos on them or any engineering numbers. I had a few of these back in the 80's and I am unsure what I did with them or even if I still have them. They have a pretty rough texture. The third version which is long obsolete, and with the same Ford part number, more matches the hard plastic aftermarket pieces, however this version has the Ford logo and engineering numbers which differenciate it from an aftermarket piece. I know that I still have a few of this type remaining.
