Welcome lefty, You do have a rare one on your hands if your dad wants to sign it over to you. You being 20 years old by the time you hit our age as most of us are in here, you should be able to name your own price. Would love to see a pic of it. There aren't many of them laying around.

I sold a 1964 1/2 A code conv. to a guy in your country about 6 months ago Yellow in color so keep an eye open.

Tom, In reading back what I wrote, the Vin number is on the passenger side. Front of the block just above the oil pan.

Not to many of these K code made it to the year 2008 without blowing up and having to buy a new block from the dealer in the 60s

Tom, To answer your questions:

1. "Do you know if your kar has its original engine? If so, have you found the VIN stamping on your block? If you have, were is it located?"

Yes it does. Vin is there located in the front left side. This is an all matching number 1967 GTA K Code

2) "Does your car have a tach in it? If it does, is it a 6K or 8K tach? Is there a red line on the tach?"

No it doesn't, I wish

3) "Does your car have a 120 or 140 mph speedometer?"

120mph
