In fact, I do know what they are. In the summer, I see one daily. There is an "interesting" (read eccentric) gentleman where I work, that drives a late 50's/early 60's Studebaker station wagon that hangs one on his window in the summer. I think a swamp cooler may affect the aerodynamics of our Mustangs!
