Brant, I think that Bob Mannel did an article a couple of years ago for the Fairlane Club magazine and there was a picture (full size and color) in the article. One of my buddies made me a copy. I willsee if I can find it and get it to you in the next couple of days.

To clarify, I believe Duncan is looking for a 5 bolt bellhousing for an automatic transmission.
Bill, I worked for a Mustang shop in the 1980's and we put power steering on two K code convertibles. We used the stock Mustang V-8 setup with one exception. The harmonic balancer had to be machined to allow the two sheeve lower pulley to fit. An easy way around this would be to by one of the Cobra Automotive repro parts and have it machined and match balanced to your original balancer. Another option instead of machining the balancer would be to use the lower pulley from a 1967 GT350, and use the 67 and later style pump and brackets.

Sorry you feel that way about Some Shelby owners. We are not all in that category.

I have benefitted through this forum as well. Yes it would be great to have the registry updated. As far as info on this site; I know of no other place to get info other than The SAAC forum or the Concourse Mustang forum. We are fortunate to have these resources and remember, it is give and take. We all learn from this site, and we all need to share the knowledge we have gained through our specific vehicle as well as those we have observed firsthand.

Thank you. I am picking mine up Friday.
Are you willing to share the Grainger item number with us??
Shameless bump.
The rubber stop (bumper) should only be on the bracket that attaches to the third member. I do recall seeing photos of both rubbers in place on a car, but that is an incorrect application.

I have an original Cobra 2-4V induction setup for sale. Original intake, lightly cleaned, replated fuel log, 3258s and 3259s carbs restored by Dick Katter, average replate on original Stellings air cleners. I have owned this since the late 90's and have slowly been restoring this setup. It was used on a display motor since I have owned it. I have photos available. $4500.00 or offer.
Partial trades considered. A portion of this sale will go to support this website.

I am in the same boat as Jerry. 66 GT350 with missing original block. Mine was supposedly blown up. Currently have a 65 K stamped San Jose block that will be coming out this winter. Supposedly from a 65 GT350

Since this topic has digressed...The cover of ReWhipped has better whipped cream.
I sent you a pm to your email.
The first thing that jumped out at me was the later style air cleaner and it looks like it has a radio and heater still intact.
i am not up on the fairlanes, but if it is a factory comp car wouldn't the heater and radio be deleted?
It is a neat looking car though.
