I have a NOS fan spacer to fit a 67 289 HiPo. Part # YA-74 C4AZ-8546-F. In the box in it's sealed bag, never been opened. 2.74" long. $150.00 rcsands@northwestel.net

One decal is close to the close up photo, but no part number. Has the thicker print lettering and deeper orange color. I would post the photos, but don't know how. Can someone guide me through the process? Randy

I'm looking for the air cleaner base for a 67 GT 350 with the 1/4" nipple. Randy

I was going to install the 289 HiPo air cleaner decal and Cobra powered by Ford decals today. I have two of each and noticed that the HiPo decal is of two versions. On one, the High Performance letters are thinner than the other one and the white blocks of the checkered flag areas are larger than the other one. The decal with the thicker letters also has the 289 in larger format. Anyone know which decal might be closer to the originals? Randy

I just installed my aluminum intake today for my 67 gt350 and used a set of NOS gaskets, light blue in color. Randy

I'm ready to install my aluminum intake on my 67 GT 350. Was going to use Ford intake gaskets. What about the two end cork gaskets, if I run a small bead of sealant on the top and bottom of them and at each corner, will that work? There is also the option of omitting the cork gaskets and running a heavy bead of sealant. If the cork gaskets will seal, I would rather go that route to keep the original look. Any comments on this? Has anyone here used the 67 Deluxe Brushed inserts from Scott Drake? What is the quality and finish like? I just got a pair from Burton, but I think they look too glossy and grey in color. The edges aren't polished either. Any comments? Randy

What is the correct finish for the bolts on a 67 289 hipo that fasten the power steering bracket and alternator bracket to the water pump? Blue, cad, phosphate?

There was some discussion a while back on trying to get the 67 289K fuel pumps repoped. Did anything ever come of that?

I need an early dated starter for a 67 289. Aug-Sept66 would be good. Prefer one that I can rebuild. Randy
