Still looking for a 2S intake, but failing that, can anyone recommend an after market intake?

Engine is re-build stock except:

- 650 cfm holley with mech sceondary carb

- comp. cam # 31-234-3 (grind # xe256h-10)

- electronic ignition

Edelbrock recommeded their performer #2121.

The 1S is much more difficult to come by and came only on the '65 Shelbys. The 2S is reproduced and readily available. Shelby put a Holley 715 on the early Shelby's and it is designed for road racing. Your particular application will affect what kind of carb you want.

Where would I find a 2S as you say it's readily available?

Looking to upgrade the stock intake (k-code motor) to one of these units. I would appreciate some advice on the difference (performance, fit, price) between these two units and which would be easier to locate.

Also, what carb. match would be best? Presently I have a 650cfm holley with mechanical secondaries (tranny is 4-speed).
