Sorry guys. I forgot about the add posting guide lines.
E-Bay Item number: 130269579045
You guys all know what it fits so I won't bother to detail it.
Restored to show condition and rebuilt by me.
Will outperform any other rebuilders Hipo carb.
Includes original Autolite tag which has a B 7 BD date code.
I purchased this carb BRAND NEW in 1973 and have had it ever since.
It was used on my own K code car with a Paxton supercharger in the mid and late 70's. No modifications were ever performed that could not be undone and I saved all the parts which were removed for racing such as the choke plate and linkage.
All parts have now been restored to original and carb is calibrated by me to work with todays gas so performance will be outstanding.
Yes, this is the same carb I offered for sale still in it's race condition a year or maybe two ago. That was then and this is now so I took the time and energy to carefully rebuild and restore it to original.
We have had this carb over 35 years so I will miss it.
I am offering it up here on the Hipo forum first. If we do not get a respectable offer it goes on E-Bay this Sunday.
Pics available on request.
If seriously interested contact me at monymkrssla@aol.com before Sunday morning. No PM's please.
Thanks
Alex

Very nice job!<img src=images/icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>
Never saw so many K's in one place at the same time.
Not even at MCA.
My car was ordered from and delivered at Jack Loftus Ford.
I recall making several trips there with my older broher during the buying process and to pick it up. He really wanted a GT-350 but spec'd out a K code coupe instead. I always looked forward to the trips and even as a 11 year old, had already caught the Hipo Ford desease. If it was a High Performance FoMoCo they had it in stock.
I finally got to meet Jack Loftus personally as a adult when I was a sales manager for a large Lincoln Mercury dealer when he came up to wholesale me a car. We talked for well over a hour about the old Shelby/Cobra/Hipo days and he recalled it all. Still very sharp.
It was a shame that he got caught up in the interest crunch of the early 80's and lost the dealership.
The last that I heard, Jack was stil working as a sales manager for Hawkinson Ford on 95th street in Oak Lawn IL. That was 5 or 6 years ago.
I received this link from one of my Canadian racer friends.
http://www.macleanclassics.com/1965flacon.htm
It says one of seven, but my friend who is my age and lived in Canada all of his life says he knows for a fact that at least 25 were built, maybe 30.
Mostly 2 door sedans, but several hardtops and at least one convertible.
Just some more Hipo history.

Hi Gary.
I just left the shop.
The tag has the expected amount of grunge on it so the codes were/are difficult to read, but not impossible. I was able to clean up the top well enough to make out the HEH-BW just fine.
I left some solvent on it and will contiue to clean it up in the morning so I can get all of it.
So far all I can make out is the first three characters which appear to be 240.
e-mail me and I can give you the shop and or my cell numbers if you like.
Alex
