Was the serial number on the block ever verified?

Fellow holding the auction did answer my email and advised me the heads were numbered 19 and 20 but could not see a serial number on the block.

I learned a long time ago pictures on ebay make these cars look much better than they really are. I f you spend this kind of money you better be taking a good look at the car. Not stating that it might not be a nice car but has anyone seen any proof that it is a k engine? block serial number , or at least the heads verified. no under carriage pics.Just seems like a lot of money if the motor wasnt a hi-po.Motor needs to be pulled to be repainted blue, carb replaced. I may be wrong but with the glove box having the woodgrain i believe the console would be also. Maybe a later addition. A lot of issues to deal with to bring back to original and if you find things you didnt expect you are in too deep. Good luck to the seller but like always buyer beware.
