Has anyone ever seen hipo man caps with these markings before? These were taken off a very early 1963 block.

This was hanging in a barn with the carburetors installed. It was purchased in 1966 to be installed on a Shelby GT350. The owner used it on his car until it was sold in the late 70’s. It’s believed that this has been hanging in the barn since then. The carburetors both have the casting cracked/broken at the air cleaner stud location. I will include 2 more 3259S carburetors that are good. Both are 65 date codes.

Is Holman Moody still grinding camshafts? You might Google them and inquire about having one ground.

Happy New Year Everyone! I am currently rebuilding a 1965 Hipo engine which has a date code of 5F17 (June 17 1965) My question is… would this engine be painted blue or would this engine be painted black? Also, would it have the aluminum early water pump or the later cast-iron pump? Thanks, Paul

Are these rods still available?
