I would say give it a nice paint job - guardsman blue is an incredibly nice exterior color, and if the interior is like new then I think the exterior has to match.
Congratulations on your purchase! I have a black on black 64 1/2 Koupe which is being restored as we speak, and should be back on the road on in May/June. Can't wait...!
All the best to all of you for 2024 - I will be contributing more to the forum next year as I have a Kar that will be back on the road for the first time in something like 20 years!
It is a black on black 1964 1/2 hardtop, engine has been rebuilt, chassis/body repaired and painted - and hopefully most of the parts needed has now been purchased.
