PS If you read through several sites I think you will find this rad will look different than you might expect. The folks over at either concours mustang or vintage mustang got into this extensively a few years ago and that really explained what I was seeing in the field

I looked for a 3-66 dated radiator for 20 years. I had 3 others first - getting closer and closer to 3-66. Finally a gentleman that goes by the internet name BOSSBILL had what I needed. Still wish to thank him wherever he is. Perhaps he could help you also. Thanks BOSSBILL I really appreciated the help.

old school guy here just trying to help anyone I can, not good at computers, pictures or any of that type of thing, I'm used to talking to people person to person, used to meet people at Carlisle and Hershey to view and compare parts, I guess that's pretty scary in todays world, first Shelby was delivered to Carlisle from Connecticut, last one was found at Carlisle in 2000, cut up about 50 Mustangs for parts in the old days and did very well before everything was reproduced, stlil have most of my original parts stash of about 50 yrs

not sure what you mean by details, this carb still has dye markings inside, that's about as untouched as you can get

posted a new thread but wanted to post here also, have NOS C6ZF-F carb bought about 20 years ago at a Ford show at National Trails Dragway - Columbus Ohio on labor day weekend, it's for my 66 Hertz Shelby, has original FOMOCO tag and date code A5HE, correct booster venturis and jets, never seen another in person only heard about them, I've had it side by side with a C6ZF-C carb at Ford Carlisle show and it looks identical from the outside other than numbers, willing to share information with anyone looking to find one but it is NOT for sale

wanted to respond to J Speegle post of some time ago, old school guy here still trying to figure our computers, this is an NOS carb I bought for my 66 shelby at a flea market at National Trails Dragway Ford show on labor day weekend about 20 years ago, have made calls to people looking for these to share details. It's a rare bird indeed, I have never seen another in person only heard about them, has original FOMOCO tag A5HE and correct for this carb booster venturis and jets, I've had it setting side by side with a C6ZF-C carb at Ford Carlisle and it looks identical from the outside other than numbers, not for sale but willing to help anyone with any other details
