Forgot to note the tag on trans shows HEH-T

If anyone has Kar that goes with transmission please reply to this thread. The trans is currently residing in my 65 K code coupe, just cleaned up, rebuilt and now full Vin stamp is legible. This VIN shows date 24S in K code Registry and my K code was 23S Dearborn scheduled build. Possibly our transmissions were switched at birth.

Found a set of OEM lower leafs a few weeks ago with date codes a little over 2 months before scheduled build date of my Kar. Very good find!

chucks302, Still looking for them. The Kar is in the process of restoration and ready for paint.

If you hear of any correct leafs please let me know.

Added a couple pictures of the Kar. It's a real GT with original drivetrain and paperwork from new. The original leaf springs were changed out in the 1990's.

Hello all, Looking for Lower leaf springs for a 65 K code coupe, car was built around June 4, 1965. Believe correct part number is C4ZA-5556 R and date range between 090 E5 and 150 E5. bcooney@cooneybrothers.com
