You may very well be correct but so few 67's were delivered with the competition suspension it is a nonissue.

I bought my copy several years ago.
At $35 it is a tremendous deal.
This book will stand the test of time.
-
It's been rebuilt using larger valves.
-
lol...I guess I got lucky.
I used a Scott Drake repop and it went on as easy os the old original came off.
-
It's actually very easy.
The handle is held on with a pin. Punch the pin through and pull the handle off.
Replacing it is just as easy.

I have only seen aluminum bell housings.
What vehicles had cast iron bells?

His car was built in Metuchen so the serial number is in line for the GT.

$149 each? Gulp
-
How did MWM see the price when I can't?
-
Actually, these are station wagon brakes. Shelby just used them on his cars.
They do indeed have 2 1/2 inch linings and are positively huge looking compared to the stock linings.
-
Their catalogue didn't have prices!
Where did you find the prices?
How much are the 10x2 1/2 drums? I am thinking of getting a pair to have as spares.

One way to lower value is to put a poor quality paint job on a nice car.
Unless your car is concours repainting to a popular colour won't change the value unless you hit the right guy at the right time.
It's easy to over and under paint a car. Spend enough to keep the paint in line with the quality of the rest of the car.
There are lots of variables. Think it through.

Take a pill. The Chinese make them but somebody over on your side designed them.
Your tone is very close to being inflamatory.

I have only seen the sunroof on GTE or other special Cougars.
You are saying the Cougar sunroof was fabric but my memory tells me they were steel (????)
-
Sure, but the question was a about a fabric sunroof and for a Mustang.
Ford did not do the installation on the Cougar. ASC did those. Was the sunroof available on all Cougars?

Those sunroofs seems to be all vintage (period) add ons.
-
or are you referring to the large fabric sunroofs that a few dealers, mainly in southern CA, installed?

I am going through VMF withdrawal
