Yes, Bob's book is a fantastic reference.
I bought the book when he first published it. I think it has been almost 10 years. Bob autographed my copy.
Thanks Bob.

If you mean as in "C4" and "C6" the C refers to the 1960's and the 4 and 6 being the year of engineering. So, C4 is 1964 and C6 1966. Those are the years when those transmissions came out.

RECOMMENDED TEMPLATE: Sold for <b>final sale price</b> by seller
BuyItNow set at <b>bin price</b>(also post BIN if there is one for comparison) <BLOCKQUOTE id=quote><font size=1 face="Verdana" id=quote>quote:<hr height=1 noshade id=quote>description here<hr height=1 noshade id=quote></BLOCKQUOTE id=quote></font id=quote><font face="Verdana" size=2 id=quote>
Isn't that fast fingers Freddie selling it?

It appears to be an exquisite K.
I agree it is priced too high. Having the automatic negates quite a bit of the K mystique, in my opinion. I think that car is more fairly priced at $25,000.

The general wisdom is that the hipo block is the exact same casting as the non-hipo block.

The world is ending.
That is nuts!

Those are different rims then the picture Mad4hipos shows
Might not be GT350 rims (???)

Car NOT worth that kind of money as it's rough.Seen that car for sale last year at auction and looked it over good.Alot of wrong pieces and underneath was like a barn find. He's lookin for a sucker and found one last year for about $25G and didn't sell it.I would have took the guys money and kissed him!

You can see a bunch of that roughness from the pictures. I was thinking about $25k too.
It is a very nice car and desirable but only to a point.

That is a great story.
Well done!

I think it is priced too high too.
That price is K Mustang 2+2 territory
-
It is a 1966

I think that rightfully belongs to the Boss 302 in 1970

67 was the odd year for GT's.
The GT was available in 1967 with the 289-2v
Ford reverted back to requiring a 4v carb (302-4v J Code) in 1968 but took away the disc brakes.

The issue is that the outer ring will spin itself off. Not a good thing, obviously
