You have original 65/66 style tie rod ends? I have some NOS replacements if you're interested.

Which exhaust hangers do you have? Pics?

Yes, the horns should be slightly glossier than the engine bay paint. Not much though.

It's a little square/rectangular piece with a felt bushing for the shift rod. Attaches with 2 small sheet metal screws.

The original waterpump would be a C6OE with FoMoCo cast into the front. Looks like you have an aftermarket pump on there now. Your local parts stores may have an original, but you'll most likely only find the C8OE one, which is pretty much identical. Remember that the impeller is unique for a hi-po, but you can forget finding one of those "off the shelf".

The value would be what the 4100 without the conversion is worth in that condition, plus the cost of the parts to convert it to manual choke.

The seller is quite shady, there has been a lot of discussion on VMF about them. Including one guy that got taken pretty bad.

The original Ford gaskets did not have the protruding piece like the aftermarket gaskets have. I suppose that the modern gasket is a multi-purpose piece.

Quote from SPECIAL ED
My K has a 6/1/65 build date. Original engine with a cast iron water pump. Ed
Technically... that would be a scheduled build date.

When you install the new gasket, you can trim off the excess around the edge for a cleaner look.

Yes, the timing cover can leak around the water ports, there are 2 of them on the timing cover, one on each side. If your timing cover is corroded or cracked near the water ports, it will leak. Or, it simply may not have sealed well.
I would recommend removing the cover and installing a new gasket with a some rtv sealer. You don't want to be doing all this work to your engine bay and have coolant spew all over that new paint!

Pictures, we need pictures!

I had a few logic classes in college... an upside down A is referred to as a universal quantifier. It may or may not have the same meaning when Ford used it though!

The switch to the cast iron pump(and compatible timing cover) was sometime in early June '65 with change level 8.

The MCA decals go on the inside. My local MCA regional club has club decals the same size as the MCA one.

NPD actually sells a nice repro.

One of the local machine shops I use highly recommends the sealed power pistons.

Is the car for sale or are you just sharing some pics?

Yes, the shifter cage was usually zinc plated. That's how I do them.
