Hello, I have a set of 65 hipo heads (double 289 dot, screw in studs, raised spring seats). I also have the intake manifold that came with.

This is a two barrell block. Is there any chance a two barrell would have the hipo caps?

I am looking at a C4OE6015F engine. Mustangtek has this listed as a HIPO block, and unlinke other HIPO blocks (65+), there is no other applcations (other than HIPO) listed. Are all of these blocks HIPO?

I just got my 1965 289 k code intake back from cleaning at the machine shop. The aluminum bowl that rests on the underside (not sure of the name) which is held on my the carb studs has a small hole in it. The hole is on the tip of a singular small bevel at the bottom (looks like a nose). Should this be patched? replaced?

I was looking at ended auctions on eBay and noticed a 65 dual point sold for much higher than later years (6 times). Is there a reason?
