Not really as the rear seats are different not to mention you will need the rear seat fold down carpet also.Do you have NOS coupe carpet or something the reason you asked?

Why don't (Richard) sell his stuff since he has no desire to do them again? Also look at the pic above as all the talk about color being off white is NOT true. The canister is white/white in color with the red lettering!
-
Have a nice NOS set of forged .040 with coated skirts I can sell?
-
Don't believe any of this stuff is Hipo related as it's in the standard parts section.I e-mailed him when he first placed the ad before anybody read it or responded asking about crank and got NO response?
-
I have a pretty good original one I could send you if you want to do a scan of it as most of the original red paint is still on canister?
-
That would be a good thing to turn people on to this guy as I'm sure he could do a little business if he is reasonable.

When was this started and what models were they used on?

Good thing everyone got done with the parts Mike did as Mike is NO longer with us.He passed away Sept.2008 and will be missed. He was a good friend of mine and hope he finally rests as he was always into rebuilding something!

There has been many a talk about this and all the new ones I have seen were like a white/white.This off color adds the aged look to the canister but the correct color is white and the paint was lacquer.Ford used alot of lacquer paint on alot of parts of the Mustang.

Found another NOS 10.5 289 Hipo pressure plate and clutch disc. These are out of the box but never used as they've been in storage 35 years and boxes crumbled but want $350 for the pair.I also have 65 Mustang NOS grille corral I will take $225 for.I have NOS Hipo crank washer for $100 and early PCV valve with screw on type head for $20 and NOS rotor for dual point for $20.Still finding other parts in shop so check back!

Here is a RARE original A/C crank pulley for the 66 Shelby GT-350 convertible. These were made for Shelby out of magnesium I believe as it's super light and has part number on it and quality made.E-mail me if interested

Are those tow tabs I see welded to inside frame or are they bolted on?
-
Nobody has a good drivers side bottom steel for 65 Hipo?
-
WOW someone would really pay $400 for a small piece of sheet metal like that? That sounds like a rip to me but at these prices it won't be long before anybody who's car isn't finished will be parting them out!
-
They are $200 a pair

Have couple pairs of NOS FoMoCo rubber motor insulators part number C3OZ-6058-A for sale. These are nice and out of storage.
-
Wow,that bottom piece didn't come from Ford with both pieces welded together under one part number?
-
Are there no letters etc.in front of that number and do you have part number for the bottom steel piece with the frame stud in it?...Thanks
-
Anybody know what the part number is for the 65 Mustang Hipo motor mount stud that holds the parts together?

I think RaCCol made the point as perfect as can be said. These parts that some think are worth so much ARE NOT because 1 or 2 guys with deep pockets paid that one time large price. It's only worth what someone is willing to pay and with these crazy prices no one will buy this stuff as is the case.On the same note in the past I've sold these original housings for $250 and in my opinion NO housing is worth $1500-$1600 original or repop. Now I might agree that a complete rear end detailed and painted for $2000 might be OK as you never get paid for the time you spend doing something right then selling it!
