    Guys,

Thank you so much. You have the sharpest eyes. Just when I think I know something about K-codes, I'm completely humbled by the knowledge on this forum.

I really should just stick with the safe bet and buy back the fastback I used to own. I think I shall...

    Best Regards,

Well?? Did you pull the trigger?

I would like to sell rather than store them. Price reduced to $600.00

Cleaning out the shed. I bought these to build a Shelby GT-350 replica but now the car has been sold and I need to sell these pieces.

    Fiberglass Hood w/ scoop.

    R-Model Apron.

    Qtr. side scoops.

Roll Bar. (Auto Power with bolt in cross brace to allow access to the rear seat)

    Export Brace.

Asking $600.00 for everything and would like to sell as a package. May split it up if I have no choice. All these parts are new and never installed. Still need to photo the roll bar. I can send more pics if you e-mail me. Located in north San Diego area.

I can't open the link to the pictures but will make a comment anyway.

We have all probably bought cars and parts at different times, sometimes under "market" value and sometimes we pay more than "market" value. Just the way it is. Many things go into the decision on the price, motivation of seller/buyer, location, etc.

You just have to decide how much "sentimental" value this car has to you over and above the market value. I had a k-code fastback in High School and I know I would pay quite a bit over market value just to have my original car back.

With that being said, and I can't see the car, 35-40 for a car with a lot of sheetmetal replaced and a non-matching engine, seems on the high side.

    My two pennies.

    Hi Guys (and Gals?),

New to this forum but not to Mustangs. Got a question. I just came across a used 289 with interesting heads. Thes heads appear to be K heads with late casting numbers. The numbers are as follows: C8ZE-B Date = 3M20 HP. They have the narrow pushrod guides, screw in studs, cast in spring seats, but also have the holes for the air injection tubes. Are these just service parts from 1968? What value do thes have? Any info would help. I probably don't know how to post pictures here, but if any one is interested, I could e-mail pictures to someone that can post them. Thanks for your help.
