that is a well detailed eng comp you did this with krylon spray can what about the bolts looks like they are stainless steel I talked to a guy today he used black enamel gloss paint from tractor supply said it is very durable

It was suggested when replacing brake lines and master cyl to upgrade to the duel master cyl for safety reasons, Dave

Thanks Gerold when I first got car I ordered a lot of parts from Harris Mustang and Ky mustang I bought rear springs and coil springs. I think I could sell these and purchase the ones you recommended from easton you said you bought 600# coil springs I guess that is the ones for this car I am new to this restoration process and would appreciate any assistance you can give me. thanks Dave

Kar orig. color is twilight turquose built in mich.we are going back with org color just that I have seen cars at shows with bottoms same color as car looks good to me kar has not been restored before

This is me and my son's project kar trying to keep as org as possible,plan on taking it to a few car shows and Sunday drives you mentioned paint it was suggested we use clear coat base coat

Hi everybody

in about two weeks we should be able to paint bottom of 65 conv.installed a one piece floor I know their are a lot of products out their I heard about a product can't remember name but you brush it on and it dries very hard I have seen bottoms painted same color as car does this take away from being org. I would like to meet with someone around Cinti area for info on restoring our car

the stripe is white I also agree the pony int. looks good in conv.guess I need to research and weigh the cost to change it thanks for imput

just getting started putting 65 conv.hp gt k code back together it had standard black int. in it my son and I really like the pony int.car is a twilight turquose would look good with the turquose and white pony int what do you guys think
