Add donation

Since we were asked about it again and again, we decided to set up a small donation page for the forum. Your donations are welcome & appreciated and they will help us to cover the costs for the server and the purchased software. But we would like to point out that the continued operation of the forum does NOT depend on your donations and that they are absolutely voluntary.
